Round 1 Brands Indy 2015

Weekend Review, Brands Hatch Indy.
I am sitting at home now, on monday morning, writing this after a very eventful round 1. I went into qualifying on Saturday at 9am after a night of rain. The track was drying and I went out on a set of brand new dry tyres. I found the track very slippery and couldn’t get my confidence, this means I qualified in P30 with a time of 1:02.2.
Race 1 started at about 12:50 and finished about 5 mins later. There was a nasty accident on the start and I got collected by a stray bike and knocked unconscious. This ended my weekend as I was not allowed to take any further part.
I got a few bruises and a bit of concusion but am physically well, the bike was badly damaged and will need some repairs.
